5 Things...

I've been memed! Sorry it took me so long Red.

5 Things in My Bag:
1. A recipe I printed out from 3 fat chicks on a diet for no-carb Peanut Butter cookies. (I know, it's back on. South Beach all the way baby!)

2. A sports wrist brace thingy I have to wear as a result of a weak wrist and the newfound interest in tennis I discovered last year. It's amazing these whimps even hold up my Arsenio Hall hands.

3. A $4.00 coupon on Lysol products that I will carry around with me, forget to use it, put it in my coupon file, and then stumble upon months later when I decide to look through my coupon file, only to find they are all expired. I hate coupons.

4. Dora's sandles. That's where they are!

5. A ziplock with Dora's crayons I carry around to keep her from screaming and throwing a fit in public occupied while we're out. Surprise - they don't work!

5 Things in My Room:
I'll TRY to keep the rest short and sweet.

1. Bedroom furniture freakishly identical to the Scavos' master bedroom furniture on Desperate Housewife.

2. My BFF's co-sleeper she lent me, we never used, and have been meaning to send back to her (she's due in 10 weeks) for the past year. Two weeks ago, my husband broke it down, last week, I managed to get it into an appropriately sized box. Baby steps...

3. Nature Made Super B-Complex (with Vitamin C). Of which my body is completely depleted from - I believe.

4. Paloma Picasso (perfume), I've been wearing since I was 16. I mean, not the same bottle, just the same scent.

5. A Sony DVD player that doesn't seem like it's working anymore, but I don't have the heart to get rid of (just like the 20 other non-working appliances stashed in other rooms, closets and the garage). Dr. Phil, if you're reading this, please help me!

5 Things I Have Always Wanted To Do
1. Have a gallery showing of a body of artwork I have yet to produce.

2. Feel comfortable in a bikini.

3. Go to Italy.

4. Be able to go shopping without worrying if we have enough money in the bank to cover the shopping spree I would be on.

5. To not be restless.

5 Things I Am Currently Into
1. Keeping Dora out of the toilet (ewwwwwwwwwwww!)

2. The Couch-to-5K Running Plan (I just really enjoy torturing myself).

3. Getting this household under control or at least thinking I can.

4. The South Frickin' Beach diet...I miss carbs.

5. Finding time to do this.

If you're still here, consider yourself memed!

I started out with the Couch to 5k Program last year...within two months I entered my 1st 5k and I ended up taking 1st place in my age group :)

If you're interested and you haven't already come across it...mapmyrun.com is a great site to track your miles and to map out local routes.

ms picket: of course you can! I'll be watching you :-}

Bekka: you did it too! that's so great! Wow! 1st place?! That's awesome - I will definitely have to check out that site! I'm 3 weeks into it and it's going pretty well. No shin splints yet - knock on wood...

Well, 1st place in my AGE group. I think a few 12 years old placed ahead of me...but at least I got a shiny gold painted medal :)

Good luck!!
